My role was to focus on Program and Project Analysis and Specifications for the projects as well as to collaborate with the team of external consultants.Also worked on the early stages (Feasibility, Preliminary and Tender stages) of the refurbishment of a number of hospitals in Greece. During my time in Aedas I was part of the Healthcare Division and mainly lead a team focusing on the refurbishment of a Mental Health Care Hospital in Lambeth. The refurbishment was materialized under a Private and Public Partnership contract and I was involved on equivalent RIBA stages H (finalize and detail the tender documentation) onwards. My role involved leading site and client meetings, Project Managing information flow between the consultants and the client and leading a team of 3 Architects and Architectural Assistants.

My role was to assist the Team Leader - Architect with Planning and Building Control submissions and negotiations, the Tender package submission and process and to follow the construction period of traditional contracts. In addition to the above, I was shadowing the Project Architect in her Contract Administrating role. I was also involved in bids for Building Schools for the Future, and a number of feasibility studies as part of a framework agreement with London Boroughs.
