LRW was part of the Erinaceous Group of Consultants at the time and I worked in the London based team focusing mainly on Schools in London. My role was to assist the Team Leader - Architect with Planning and Building Control submissions and negotiations, the Tender package submission and process and to follow the construction period of traditional contracts. In addition to the above, I was shadowing the Project Architect in her Contract Administrating role. I was also involved in bids for Building Schools for the Future, and a number of feasibility studies as part of a framework agreement with London Boroughs.
