I worked with Elisabeth directly to plan a customized two day Lean Six Sigma training event for our company’s leadership group. The group completed GoLeanSixSigma.com online (White, Yellow, and/or Green Belt) training which we paired with onsite proof of concepts simulation. I could feel the energy in the room as participants on each of two teams competed - Elisabeth was part of this positive force; this onsite learning method helped folks test learned ideas and reach conclusions based on data. The second day’s focus was on change management, navigating resistance and roles of leaders. As a Master Black Belt trainer, Elisabeth is in tune with her audience. She knew when to get folks up and moving, take breaks, make people laugh; Elisabeth used story-telling to convey ideas which seemed to resonate with the group. I enjoyed planning with Elisabeth. During a two month period, she incorporated several agenda changes as our CEO customized the training to achieve the right product for our organization. As a client, I felt comfortable that Elisabeth prepared in advance by asking questions about our group’s composition. We received positive feedback from our training participants.
