Elisabeth has worked for sappi from 1990 to 2011 of which she worked the last 2 year in my department as Business Development Manager. The reason why I hired her was her outspoken versatility and commercial flair. I needed a team that could work flexible, independent, with a high standard of integrity (especially the area Elisabeth operated in (Middle east)) and with a lot of commercial flair and business acumen. The product as well as the customer base was new and I was looking for quick and profitable results.
