In order to be the best you need to learn how to use secret weapons. In my case these are amazing talented people who challenge, co-create, ideate, and make. Elisabeth is one of these people. She is an extraordinary synthesizer and story teller. But she doesn’t merely tell the story about you, your product, your service, your capability. Her stories have the power to create. Bring her into your team, and Elisabeth can help shape your product, weaving together the stories of your customers, your markets, the culture, and your vision. Ultimately this will inform -and change for the better - your product. This is how stories change the world. I love the way she works, Reach out to Elisabeth and she will schedule a call. She interviews me about what I am trying to do; teasing out my stories. She records this, and then later I will get a online doc which is a concise story, that has woven all my thoughts authentically. It is a very effective way of remotely working. She approaches everything with intellectual curiosity, empathy, and gobs of research. She has an ‘open source attribution’ philosophy (which I love, and makes your products and ideas stronger by referencing and building on community efforts). But as I said above, this is only one aspect of working with her. If you bring her into the idea and allow her to co-create, she will raise the level of your and your teams work. A strong collaborator, who can see and understand multiple viewpoints and find a common ground, adding Elisabeth to a team, makes the team better than the sum of the parts. So now you have a secret weapon. The question for you is when will you give Elisabeth a call?
