I manage Ulster Bank's community giving programmes, including MoneySense, the award winning financial education programme for schools, our employee fundraising campaign and the Skills and Opportunities Fund. I establish and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders and communicate all of our community activity both internally and externally. I also compile and edit the Sustainable Banking Report, describing the Bank's progress in supporting colleagues, customers and communities and our environmental impact. Show less

The National Assessment Program – Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN) is an annual assessment for students in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9. I work with a small team overseeing the transition of the traditional pen and paper method to a more progressive online assessment. I currently oversee a project, entitled the Primary School Device Program, providing funding to over 500 primary schools to upgrade their current ICT infrastructure.
