  Lived in a community in Southern Ukraine, promoting cross-cultural teamwork, pedagogical techniques, and sustainable project management by conducting needs assessments. The implementation of projects was monitored for impact and reported to administration.Taught 18 lessons a week to 200 students from grades 6-11 and developed English curriculum, focusing on student-centred learning, which increased the competencies necessary for student success. Additionally designed and implemented 3 English clubs focusing on exam preparation, film studies, cultures of the English-speaking world.Designed and facilitated 3 teacher-trainings centred on pedagogy and implementing the New Ukrainian School initiative as well as 2 immersive English summer camps, one of which was awarded for excellence by the city administration.
