      Elisabeth manages Community Partnerships and is the director of Settlement Music Online. She is also a member of the voice faculty at the MLC Branch. Community Partnerships The Manager works with a team of people at Settlement to continue to build upon an equitably inclusive arts ecosystem in our community partnerships. This starts with active listening and co-development of programs with our partners. The Manager helps drive new partnerships and develops existing ones. The Manager collaborates directly with administrators and faculty to ensure effective communication among all involved in a partnership. Settlement Music Online In May 2020, Settlement launched its online branch in response to our effort to create more equitable access to our programs. What started as a response to the pandemic has developed into an important branch of the School. The Director is the primary contact for all students enrolled in Settlement Music Online (SMO) and is responsible for registration, account management, and working with families and faculty to create a strong virtual community.
