  I am a member of the NC3Rs "Toxicology and regulatory sciences" team, within the "Science and Technology" group. My role consists of working on different projects to replace, reduce, or refine animal use within toxicology and safety pharmacology studies for drug development. I organise symposia and workshops and convene international expert working groups to share experience, best practice and data to build evidence-bases for changes in practice and policy.
