Elisa was my direct manager for 1.5 years and I can't stress enough how great of a Team Leader she has been and how impactful her contribution was to the whole company. She coordinated the creation of all our Customer Success processes from scratch, creating actionable goals and always providing clarity for the team. She gave us excellent motivation to achieve our targets while still having confidence in the team's ability to work independently. She always recognized our achievements and encouraged us to make even greater contributions as a team.
