  In this post-doc I was responsible for the molecular biology laboratory. I performed bioinformatic analysis of metabarcoding data and established qPCR protocols for taxonomic and functional genes, under the supervision of Susan Trumbore and Thomas Behrendt. In all projects I was involved, the main objective was to link microbial community description with the emission of gases (CO2, COS, VOCs). I supervised 2 undergraduate students. In this post-doc I was responsible for the molecular biology laboratory.
