      The objective of my Research was to develop innovative recycling project management methods for design engineers and project managers. In the automotive industry in Europe, regulations for environmental management are strengthened, in this context industrials organize new green supply chains in response to governmental pressures. How to organize and manage collaborative supply chains networks in respect of the strategic industrial business plan? Based on industrial best practices, which tools can be proposed to project managers to develop and optimize new green supply chains? Those questions have been developed this PhD study, with a specific industrial agreement between the company Federal Mogul and the University of Lorraine. This particular contract permits the PhD student, after a master of engineer, to both gain industrial experience as an employee and research experience as a laboratory member.
