Due to my department was in charge of the analysis of the Tennis's workforce, my tasks as Trainee of the Diversity Project included the following duties: Statistics's generation, Data Analysis and Reporting: Tenaris's workforce is about 9,000 people in more than 10 countries, so I had to turn the data into demographic numbers for the Senior Managers. Tenaris's Blog: Our intranet included a Diversity Blog, in which I had to post info related to Diversity and advices for the non local workers. Local and International meeting arrangements: Tenaris has offices in 12 countries all around the world. Because of this, was necessary to arrange periodic meetings between the Senior Managers, the board of directors and the Local Diversity Project Managers. Legal research: look for norms, certificates and international standards to enhance our commitment with laboral inclusion. Show less
