Team Supervisor
-
Feb 2014 - Jul 2018
I have been the Team Supervisor for the 2nd line support at One.com. The 2nd line support was the contact hub between the 1st line technical support and for instance developers and systems administrators. One of the main goals for the team was to find solutions to more complicated technical issues. Some things I did in my daily work:- Managed a team with members both in Copenhagen and Dubai.- Was responsible for the teams' performance.- Was involved in the team members' (10 in total) performance, development and well-being.- Had contact with employees in all kinds of roles across the company (managers, developers, system administrators, etc) to find solutions, improve workflow, etc.- Had a responsibility in communicating technical information to the support.- Coordinated projects (for instance tools to make the life as a supporter easier).- Was involved in translations between English, Danish and Swedish of texts we published or that was sent to the customers. Site Responsible
-
Jul 2009 - Jun 2010
In charge of the day to day running of one of Fitness24Seven's gym sites around Skåne, which, among others, included: - Selling gym memberships. - Making sure all equipment worked flawlessly. - Contact and collaboration with other Site Responsibles in other sites. - Independent work and swift decisions. - Lots of laughs together with all the fantastic and enthusiastic customers. I traveled all around Skåne and worked where needed instead of just staying at one single site. This worked splendidly for me. Getting to know new sites and their customers was a great way to always experience something new. Show less
