Supervisor
-
Sep 2019 - Apr 2020
Working at SOHO Coffee with a variety of responsibilities including working at the till, making coffees, preparing food, cleaning, customer service and upholding professional standards across the whole cafe. After 3 months of work as a team member I was promoted to a supervisor. This consists of a lot more responsibility including organising the rota, doing stock takes, more communication with management and issuing wages. Acting as an assistant manager greatly improved my leadership and organisation which I believe can be appleid to many a role. I was promoted to this role quickly and had to suitably adapt to the role. I learnt lifelong skills that I will be able to apply into lots of different career paths.
