I feel very fortunate to have had Ellie as a line manager for the past two years. She is kind, genuine and extremely supportive, always going out of her way to help fellow colleagues out and also fight for her team when needed. She is an amazing designer, with an array of fresh, creative ideas. She puts 110% into every project she is given and has vast knowledge across print, digital and animation work. Ellie has supported me a lot whenever I've had a confidence dip, she has pushed me to try new things and has taught me a lot, particularly in my recent venture into animation storyboarding. She always produces designs and presentation decks of an extremely high standard ensuring she clearly explains the rational for her concepts.
