My main responsibilities were optimizing the operational performance, processing of administrative data, system administration HR system SDB Planning Aysist and external communication portal Konnect, analyzing the requirements of the personnel regarding the schedule, daily adjustment of the work schedules, processing sick leave and leave request and a main contact person for all employees.
