I have been Elina’s Head of Department and supervisor for the last year during her time as translator for the Lighting and Video team at the Han Show. Elina is an absolute joy to work with, she demonstrates the character and qualities everyone should look for in an employee. Any employer presented with the opportunity to employ her should do so with the confidence that they will be acquiring an individual with great work ethic. As translator she is patient, pleasant and courteous dealing with company and personal staff information in a prompt, accurate and confidential manner. Elina is totally committed to a safe and efficient work environment, she illustrates high intelligence as well as excellent growth in technical knowledge while proving she is greatly receptive to learning new responsibilities promptly and applying them to her daily work. She exemplifies excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English, and as both a translator and operator has proven herself to perform well under pressure.
