  I was responsible for the overall group statutory accounting including financial statements and tax returns. My main responsibilities were monthly group reporting, group consolidation, P&L analysis for the business units, year-end closing, tax issues and managing the accounting team of 10 persons. I was also responsible for fixed assets forecasting and budgeting as well as developing financial processes and practices. I was the superuser for accounting and consolidation system Maestro and group reporting and budgeting system Basware FPM.

I participated in implementing Basware FPM for reporting and budgeting and acted as a superuser.
