I met Elina first during our Leadership Seminar at Laemmerbuckel at the Daimler Corporate academy and was impressed with her interpersonal communication and strategic thinking skills. She brings a very open mind to any conversation and is always willing to collaborate to try out different ideas. We collaborated on topics of IT innovation and HR and worked on some really exciting presentations all the way up to the Board of Management. I have gotten to know Elina and her inspiring personality both in her role as my supervisor at Daimler and as a lecturer in our university’s bachelor and master programs. Next to her professional expertise, Elina is equipped with a very high level of emotional intelligence which enables her to assess a perfect task-to-talent match with regards to her team members, clients and students. Throughout the projects, she always found a perfect balance between giving guidance and freedom to develop one’s own thoughts, abilities and input. It is very inspiring and exciting to work with Elina, who is continuously very committed and eager to deliver best results. As a lecturer Elina has done a tremendous jobs to develop state-of-the-art and practitioner-oriented classes, in which she guides students through real-life company projects on organizational transformation, agility and crisis management. In doing so, she equips the students with the necessary skillsets to excel at project work and organizational development while helping them to develop strong soft-skills in the areas of team-work, presentation and mindfulness.
