Manage obligations in assigned prospect to ensure acreage is maintained and critical dates are met. Facilitate title examination by ordering abstracts, runsheets, and title opinions. Assess all contracts prior to execution and recommend any essential revisions. June 2016 to December 2017 - Property Administration and Division Order Manager Manage Lease Records and Division Order departments and participate in the acquisition and divestiture process of all properties from diligence through conversion into our LandPro and OGSYS systems. Revise SOX controls for the Land Department and facilitate continued compliance for audit purposes. Create and review Acreage reports on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for 10-K filings. Responsible for performance, bonus, and salary of personnel under my purview. August 2015 to June 2016 - Division Order Manager Develop SOX controls for the Division Order Department. Create and review Revenue and Suspense reports on a quarterly and annual basis. Draft and remit letters-in-lieu, and oversee transition of revenue between the assignor and assignee. Approve changes to revenue decks, release of suspended funds, and leasehold updates.

Division Order Analyst

July 2012 to August 2015 - Division Order Analyst Chain title from opinion certification date to current in order to calculate and setup division of interest for newly producing wells in Excel and Excalibur programs. Review title requirements from title opinions, and draft or request certain curative items in order to release suspended funds. Answer questions for royalty and working interest owners concerning revenue history and calculated interest. Assist with research of suspense codes for Escheat project. November 2011 to July 2012 - Transfer Analyst Revise working and royalty interests based on Deeds, Assignments, and other Conveyance documents. April to November 2011 - Land Tech Prepare Unit Designations, Assignments, JOA Exhibits, and Lease Schedules for Units in order to aid Landmen with working interest calculations. Analyze title, review requirements, and obtain curative in order to clear well paths for horizontal units.
