  Founded in 2012, enFocus is a nonprofit dedicated to building stronger communities in Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan through talent attraction, innovation, and entrepreneurship. enFocus brings an “entrepreneurial focus” to communities through recruiting recent graduates to work on innovation projects through our fellowship program. Working collaboratively, fellows teams discover, design, and implement solutions for regional partners. Since inception, enFocus has engaged over 1,300 young professionals (150+ Fellows and 1,200+ Interns) to work on business, technology, and entrepreneurial projects across civic and industry sponsor organizations. These collaborations not only deliver innovative solutions for local organizations, they also inspire young professionals to stay in our region. To date, enFocus has retained over 70% of fellows.
