She had a vast wealth of knowledge about screen printing, as well as Direct To Garment Printing, a technology that we were looking into at the time. Elice was instrumental in getting our Direct To Garment program up and running, even though she had only been with the company for a short time. Over the past several years, I've been continuously impressed by her hard work, organizational skills, and "go-getter" attitude. I am constantly astounded by what a talented designer Elice is.
