  As Owner and Operator I was in charge of everything from recruitment to payroll. I gained clients through diverse marketing techniques, such as creating my own website, dropping flyers and door to door sales. I created custom painting packages for the clients I gained and also did most of the painting projects. I had at most four employees which I hired and trained myself to help with all the work I acquired. I also had to manage my time accordingly so I could assure all my administrative business calls and paper work were done on time. Through this experience I learned many things such as time management, conflict management, money and product management as well as learning how to maintain great customer service. Show less
