My main roles at Neogrid are related to data quality, where I worked on two strategic projects in 2021: Product conversions (Distributor) - Improvement in the process of identifying the correct price and packaging plan for products, improving the quality of data from industries and generating insights for decision-making. Outliers (Retail) - Improvement in the process of identifying outliers in sales and inventory data from retailers, identifying possible problems in receiving movements and improving the process of operational teams in these identifications, previously done manually. Currently, I am the Product Owner / Data Owner in the Toolbelt tool squad, within the data strategy area. The team has 6 developers and functions as a multidisciplinary squad. The product's focus is to centralize and assist internal teams (Data Quality, Customer services, and Onboarding) in managing Neogrid's customer quality processes, within the direct (Retail) and indirect (Distributor) channels. As the product owner, my roles are to identify processes that can be improved by centralizing data in the tool, ensure the quality and functioning of processes within the tool, and monitor organizational indicators (Health Score) to ensure that the functionalities within the tool are helping to improve Neogrid's level of quality. I am responsible for agile ceremonies (Daily, Restrospective, Planning and Review) and removing impediments along with other data areas (Architecture / Engineering). Show less

As a data analyst at Promo Attitude, I was tasked with developing the Promotable tool, which had a connection to the industry data collected in the field (PDVs) and the data received from Neogrid. With this development, it was possible to create a data intelligence that confronts daily stock data with item positioning, disruption, and pricing, thereby increasing customer sales.The tool was developed using Power BI, connecting to SQL Server and PostgreSql databases.
