  Ensure that all skills related administration is complete and up to date. Analyse all training records and ensure that all planned training has been achieved within the specified timeframes so as to achieve the objectives set out by the business. Leads the transition to ongoing operational processes Conduct in person, classroom, one on one and virtual learning sessions for all new employees and staff. Maintains open lines of communication with needed teams to ensure consistency and development of staff. Uses expertise and experience to review and proactively evaluate current policies and procedures, implement process improvement, and update documentation to accurately reflect those policies/practices.
