I created MatchUp to enable personalized recruitment processes tailored to the candidate and the employer’s needs. I am building the backend infrastructure using NodeJS, designing smart workflow to support personalized insight, and integrating with many 3rd party APIs to retrieve real-time information. I’m working closely with the front-end and ML team, utilizing MongoDB to maintain the platform information, and creating strict authentication and onboarding processes to help the users achieve their goals. • Deployed the platform on AWS using Dockers and Kubernetes infrastructure. • Reduced more than 80% of the time to find relevant positions. • Partnered with Ti-Space to onboard their students and help to improve the success rate.
