In the years that I worked with Elham (2013-2018) I found her to be a highly motivated and ambitious individual, always trying to expand her knowledge, acquire new skills and work on her many capabilities. She helped our CDO tremendously in transitioning from Analog processes to Digital. Her help in mapping out the processes using BPMN was invaluable at the time as our ultimate objective was to introduce and implement ERP. She was a major contributor in the transition process.
