  Drop of Water (DOW) formerly known as Help for a Drop of Water (HfDW) is a local NGO stands to solve the water crisis in the country through construction of water wells; adoption of Proper hygiene and sanitation practices; and mobilization of university students to take their part on their societal development as a volunteer. so far DoW has able to develop 32 projects and benefited nearly 20,000 rural people.My responsibility at DoW:• Acting as a head of the organization, and Design different community based projects.• Coordinate the implementation of the projects, monitor and follow-up the projects.• Creating and/or maintaining partnerships with governmental and non-governmental organization/stakeholders.• Promote the organization’s vision and mission for university students and inspire them to be a volunteer.• Planning, recruiting volunteers, implementing projects with volunteers and directing the activities.• Working at the operational level during the project implementation and supervising the undertakings.• Deliver trainings and speeches for volunteer students at university level; and coordinate trainings that organized for the community in the rural areas.• Discuss with beneficiary communities and local administration about the projects and working with their office.
