      Le groupe Capri est composé d'un showroom en France et un en Suisse. Nous sommes spécialisés dans la distribution de produits en pierre naturelle et en carrelage pour l'aménagement intérieur et extérieur. La société existe depuis plus de 50 ans à travers 3 générations. Elle développe une multitude de produits : dallage, parement mural, mosaïque… dans des matières uniques: quartzite, marbre, granit… et céramiques. Au poste de Responsable Ressources Humaines, je suis en charge de la gestion du service des Ressources Humaines du groupe Capri (France et Suisse), avec environ 40 collaborateurs. Je suis en charge de la mise en place de la politique ressources humaines et assure le pilotage et la gestion des différentes missions RH, en lien avec la stratégie de l'entreprise. Je veille au bien-être des collaborateurs et soutiens les chefs de service au quotidien dans la gestion de leurs équipes. Je supervise le processus de recrutement, d’intégration, le cycle de vie des salariés et assure la gestion administrative de ces derniers. Je m'assure du bon respect de la législation.
