      "Do you work all year round?” This is usually the first question they ask me when I tell my profession. Yes, I work all year round. Eurochocolate is one of the main Italian events that is not financed by public funds, for this reason each edition opens up a new challenge, which presents itself with: An original communication strategy to be created; Renewed commercial objectives to be achieved; High levels of expectation to be reached. Multinational companies and leaders from different sectors rely on us and for them we carry out promotion projects, also in terms of digital marketing, where Eurochocolate becomes an opportunity to develop Brand Awareness, Emotional Engagements and Brand Loyalty. All this to welcome the one million visitors who flock to Perugia and to satisfy the thousands of followers on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, e-commerce). Each edition must be prepared to surprise with different events that are worth remembering and it requires: remaining on-budgets, coordination between teams and suppliers, flexibility. Other numbers related to my role as Executive Manager: 160 chocolate companies to manage the product for sale; 200 tons of chocolate distributed; 12 cocoa producing countries; 30 sponsor companies and extra-chocolate partners; 35.000 Chococards sold; 1.500 issues in daily newspapers, online press and radio. P.S. I also worked at Expo Milano 2015, where Eurochocolate was Content Provider of the Cacao and Chocolate Cluster and created the pavilions of Perugina, Lindt, Pernigotti, Caffarel and the Italian Chocolate Districts (Umbria, Sicily and Piedmont).       If to "to get the right message to the right person at the right time, you first need to get the right data to the right database at the right time" (John Caldwell), then I will do! Here are some examples: - Engagement activities: starting from sharing the photo with the maxi thumb up "Motta Tartufone ... I like it!" (Bauli Company), up to "Follow your dreams Always by Pan di Stelle" a journey into the magical Room of Dreams linked to new chocolate spread (event then replicated in Milan City Life). - Online competitions: from the competition between Aspiring and Expert Food Bloggers for the Pavesini al Cacao launch (Barilla group), to the master class conducted by Renato Ardovino (Le Torte di Renato). - "Skip the line" service: for the online purchase of the ChocoCard, the service card sold in 35.000 copies each edition. I therefore enrolled in a Digital Strategist Master to perfect those skills that the experience has made me know and to increase the ability to identify topics to be treated (seo and content marketing) and priority to be given visibility. As well as to manage analyzes and reports on campaigns, data, performances and KPIs. These skills are completed by the ability to create content, copywriting, content management and storytelling developed with coaching studies that focus on the behavior of us people and study how our language can positively influence our state and therefore our behavior (linguistic intelligence).
