Since the beginning of March I've started a new internship experience in the 4-star Business Hotel: THotel. It's located in the heart of my city, Cagliari, and it's one of the most prestigious hotel in the zone with which I've had the pleasure to collaborate two years ago. During this time I have had the opportunity to understand the management of a hotel business and touch it with hand in every aspect of its functioning. Now I've the opportunity of working on many projects regarding the costs, revenue and performance of the many departments of the hotel, understand their efficiency and discovering ways of improving the figures guided by the expertise of my managers. I've had a beautiful experience and decided to continue it for another 6 months internship in order to gain more knowledge and understanding of the behind the scenes of a luxury firm. Show less

During this internship I've had the opportunity to touch with hands the Luxury Real Estate field in one of the top destination in the world: Marbella. It was an experience that changed me, I've had the opportunity to work on so many things and that's thanks to the trust that my managers had in me. I took care of the social media of the firm, developed an editorial calendar and plan, and became a master in the use of Canva for any kind of graphic job. I learned how to list in CRMs as Inmobalia, Resales and James Edition. I could touch with hands the development of a marketing campaign and learned more about the real estate world in the Costa del Sol. Speaking English and Spanish full time really improved my fluency in the languages and I've had the chance to interface myself with so many culture from all over the world. Show less

I've conducted a marketing research project for the development of a sustainable soap dispenser. It was an entirely Spanish taught project organised by the Fachhochschule of Bielefeld. My group and I dealt with all the relevant aspects of a marketing research, from the analysis of the competence, suppliers and buyers to the research of the demographical, geographical and economic landscape of our product. We developed a marketing mix for our product but we wanted to have a consumer insight, so we launched a questionnarie on the social media. Three months internship in the 4 star THotel in the Business Administration and Human Resources offices, with the addition of some works for the General Manager. My main tasks consisted on monitoring daily the costs and revenues of the Food and Beverages sector, catalogizing receipts and invoices, and drafting contracts and related documentation.
