      I assisted Dr. John Parker in the Terrestrial Ecology Lab as part of the NSF funded post-bachelor REU program at SERC. I developed and conducted statistical analysis on the dataset collected in my previous internship at SERC. I wrote and edited a manuscript and submitted it for publication in Biological Invasions, where it is currently under review. Additionally, I collected tree core samples and estimated forest ages using dendrochronological methods.
