  I work in the ERCEA unit providing strategic support to the ERC Scientific Council. My tasks include policy briefings, data analysis, planning and conducting monitoring and evaluation studies on the impact of ERC funding. I am the unit focal point for issues related "ERC and widening European participation", and "ERC and international cooperation" policy agendas. I conducted analysis on: the policy impact of ERC-funded research the high-risk/high gain profile of ERC successful proposals the factors behind the low performance of researchers in widening countries in ERC calls.
