      Elena currently serves has the Project Director for the TRIO Student Support Services Program founded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Education and institutional funds at Brandeis University. She previously served as the advisor for the SSSP Student Leadership Board, has served on the Brandeis Pluralism Alliance committee, advisor to the Brandeis Bridges Fellows, and a teaching mentor for the Justice Brandeis Semester for Civil Rights and Racial Equity.
