I have worked with Larisa for a couple of years in Connex- Vodafone. She was a very supportive colleague, although she had to manage complex requirements, coming from multiple sources. She always found a way to solve her internal customers requests. She was also a good people manager, as she always coached her team for having a positive and helpful attitude towards their internal customers.
