  DON'T WASTE, TASTE is a Sofia initiative that meets diverse actors in the Bulgarian food system and speaks out about food waste issues. The campaign aims to bring together different stakeholders such as institutions, businesses, food co-operatives to initiate discussion, awareness and future good practices on food waste and sustainability in general. The first festival took place in Sofia, Bulgaria, from November 15 till December 15, 2019.
