  After leading the re-design for The New York Times home screen across platforms, I now lead our personalizations efforts.The goal of the home page redesign was to re-focus our strategy on subscribers while unifying our editorial curation across our apps and websites.

  As a designer, I worked on a variety of projects, from refining NYT Now an IOS only experience designed as an entry level product for the Times, to be part of the team that wrote the Innovation report, a 6-months research effort that captured the current state of the Times and what steps we could take to push the company forward.
