      Achievements • I developed a new supplier of customs broker service given this, we obtained days of credit, this generated an improvement in the cash flow of the company; previously, we had to do downpayments up to 16 MIO MXN per year were generated for customs agents. • I optimized the use of export containers generating annual savings of approximately 2 MIO MXN. • I developed and implemented a cross-training program for the members of my team, with it, I guaranteed the continuity in the activities and processes of the area in case of vacations, and/or absences of the members. • I reduced the days of finished product inventory from 45 to 20 days, thanks to the new anticipated transportation schedule that I implemented with our suppliers. (I improved the flow of shipments). • I increased the reliability of the inventory with our supplier ·3PL Ryder from 75% to 99%, thanks to the fact that I implemented warehouse controls, shift monitoring and control of income and transfers. • I reduced import delay and storage costs from 8 million pesos per year to 500 thousand pesos by implementing a process with suppliers which facilitated compliance with requirements prior to the arrival of materials. • Developed the WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) system in the Arandas warehouse, which ensures compliance with FIFOs (First In and First Out) and batch compliance. • I increased the compliance of tequila exports, from 100 monthly orders to 150, by aligning a new process with CRT (Tequila Regulatory Council), Traffic, Foreign Trade and Warehouses.
