  Started as a field support engineer, for Hughes Missile Systems Company (HMSC), with foreign travel work in NAMSA sites, and domestic off-sites. Was a company software technology laiason for HMS in an off-site TDY with Boeing. Traveled to Germany to BAE Systems at times for technical support of a software product used by HMSC, for a few years. Was a logistics support engineer for another missile program for another few years. Became a technical leader for a test equipment team, in charge of planning, design and development of hardware, software, and integration of HW/SW to a full up missile system. Focused later on software project management for multiple levels of development. Currently designing and prototyping for advanced programs with rapid spiral development and schedules. With Raytheon Missile Systems (RMS) - which bought RMSC - have experience with design and integration efforts with multi-company programs such as Urban Challenge 2007.
