Eleanor is a delight to work with! We have sat together on the Regional and National Christmas event planning group for over a year. Eleanor is enthusiastic, hardworking and dedicated. Nothing is too much trouble and she volunteers for additional tasks to help others. Her manner is warm and friendly and she's always happy to share her knowledge and skills and learn new ones. Knowing Eleanor is working on something I'll always be confident that it will be of a very high standard and delivered on schedule. I would recommend Eleanor without hesitation, she would be an asset to any team.

Within this role, I work with people who are homeless and organise a meal for them each week. I also help coordinate a Clothing Bank which provides vulnerable adults and families with clothing when they are in need. Through this role I have also had the opportunity to work with offenders. Front of house experience. This role enabled me to gain confidence; I learned to delegate work throughout the team. When faced with conflict, I became aware of how to resolve it quickly and respectfully. This role required understanding of current Health and Safety guidelines. Front of house experience.
