- Membership association with circa 100 corporate member organisations engaged across the Major Projects industry. Members share a common purpose - to improve the initiation and delivery of major projects through the sharing of knowledge.- Reporting to Development Director and Executive Director.- Responsible for delivering an extensive programme of physical and virtual 'core' events ranging from seminars and overnight conferences to smaller scale breakfast discussions and invitation only dinners. - Oversee the delivery of a programme of 'fringe' events and professional developmnt offerings from other team members and offer support where required.- Management of event information, registration process and delegate liaison through bespoke civiCRM system. - Management of venue bookings for full events calendar and liaison with venues (room setup, audio visuals and catering) and accommodation where required as part of the event. - Regular liaison with senior stakeholders within MPA and across member organisations, including liaison with international speakers, and first point of contact for all event enquiries. - Working with colleagues to ensure events are marketed appropriately across email, website and social channels and are aligned to marketing strategy. - Using event feedback and attendance trends in support of decision making for future events. - Management of quarterly Programme Committee meetings to review past events and discuss content for future activities. - Liaison with Finance Manager in order to ensure events are delivered on mutually defined and agreed budget.
