Recruitment and Administration Assistant
-
May 2019 - Sep 2019
I was responsible for the business development of Enterprise Driver Recruitment. I communicated with current and potential stakeholders, either by telephone or email, to discuss the different services that we could offer for them. I assisted with social media marketing by monitoring the interaction of Facebook posts and replying to messages on the Enterprise Driver Recruitment social media accounts. In addition, I was responsible for managing candidates' job applications by looking at their CV's and deciding which candidates would be the most suited to the job advertised. I would then interview successful candidates via telephone and then face to face. I recorded and monitored data of the different drivers that we hired on an excel spreadsheet and made sure it was up to date.

This was my second PGCE placement and I took on the many roles a professional teacher has at school. I taught KS3 and KS4 Religious Studies, with a large focus on Catholic Christianity. I ended up deferring my PGCE during this time, however I decided to complete this during the academic year of 2019/20. Photographer / Sales Assistant
-
Sep 2016 - Jul 2018
This role required me to be a photographer that took photos of guests that attended the zoo each day. I also used photography equipment, such as green screens, to produce photos that were memorable to the guests that visited the zoo. I had individual targets to hit, such as a target number of photos to take each hour, and also team targets, such as a target revenue for the day. Furthermore, I pitched the photos to customers and achieved sales by using marketing strategies, such as sending photos to their email for free if they bought at least one photo.
