  My role is to be a part of the BD team, and as the main contact and manager of bioassay consultancy and bioassay software accounts. I've supported the BD team by maintaining and nurturing day-to-day current client contacts, whilst initiating new potential clients (notably with my familiarity of the Asian market - first new clients found based in Taiwan). For company growth, sales meeting are led by myself and strategies for account leads are identified and enhancements are made to sales management. I was also given opportunities to attend conferences in both English and Mandarin (BIO-ASIA (Taiwan), BEBPA Europe (Rome) and Immunogenicity Summit (Washington DC)) mostly individually, all which aided in building up account plans leading to company growth. Within bioassay software and in order to reach marketing objectives, I had an in-depth role of understanding the core competencies of software use in both R&D and GxP environments. I was actively the go-to person for software training and was also heavily involved with the strategy and marketing of the software product launch for the new version. Finally, I also have experience event planning and managing since as a team we also organized a biostatistical training event to be carried out online.

  Within this rold I reported to the Executive Assistant to the Global CEO where I mainly developed benchmarking study of Bimeda’s contract lab, Rainbow Labs (RL), based in Shijiazhuang, China. After completing a 1-week site visit in Mandarin to understand the technical laboratory methods plus the distinct method standardization of different region pharmacopoeias (USP/EP/BP) I produced a full executive summary and report of comparison. I gained an in-depth understanding of the global animal healthcare industry through product portfolio research and ad-hoc research projects. Finally, I developed knowledge on financial analysis of global animal healthcare through investigation and summary of Bimeda’s competitors from 2015-2018.
