  I am an Assistant Solicitor at Croft Solicitors, a specialist litigation and dispute resolution practice, which has been formed following the demerger of Maitland Walker’s Cheltenham office on 29 May 2015. We are proud to be the first litigation only practice of its size to be created in the South West. Attracting instructions from London, national and international clients, our team has enjoyed successive Court of Appeal wins, including landmark cases which have been referred to the European Court of Justice and Upper Tribunal.By creating a specialist firm with a total focus on dispute resolution and litigation, our clients will be able to benefit from our renowned technical expertise, competitive rates and established partnerships with barristers, insurers and litigation funders. Our aim is to provide a dynamic and responsive legal service which will deliver added value and cost efficiencies to our clients.
