As well as providing mortgage advice to new and existing customers, I also had additional responsiblities. These include analysis of performance stastics for my team, I was also a Colleague Engagement Rep for our department. I was involved in launching a new Video Interview pilot for the whole of Lloyds Banking Group. This is a great move for customers, making it quicker and easier for customers to see a Mortgage Adviser. With it's easy to access, internet based system, this is a highly innovative, modernised approach, and a great project to be involved in. This gave me a deeper understanding of the business as a whole, and a real insight in to project management and implementation. Show less
