Ensured all 27 edit suites were prepared and customised to meet specific needs and smoothly transferred clients between suites. Shadowed reception to learn bookings software and trained in the Library, liaising with Producers to find archived tapes. Assisted Front of House opening reception, taking calls from external clients to quickly resolve issues and communicate important information. Maintained kitchen refreshments and managed petty cash whilst arranging and collecting meals for clients.
