InterCambio is an organization created in 2017, January. It aims to document women's rights situation in Guatemala, specifically focusing on how Maya women can access health facilities. We traveled to Guatemala in July 2017. From our experience there, we made a documentary and organized exhibitions in Lyon, Brussels and Paris. Aims : - trying to recover the client’s debt - in case of remaining non payment, indemnification of the Euler Hermes’ client according to his contract - Suing the debtor with lawyer’s assistance - Engaging the debtor to court to obtain a judgment Responsible for : - debtors files up to 5000 euros - contacting debtors on amicable step, warning them before second step (lawyer, bailiff, private investigator, court registries…) - paying back the clients either thanks to recoveries' made or on the company’s equity according to the amount insured by the contract - contacting lawyers or clerks, transmitting them the entire file - checking incomplete files, sorting emails, clearing/storing client files… Show less
