Zain is specialized in the manufacturing of premium duct works and accessories for commercial and residential HVAC applications. * Design, fabricate and install HVAC mechanical equipment to meet client’s requirements in both large and small projects. * Develop and oversee all aspects of production including design, computer modeling, selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, testing, and implementation of products and systems. * Serve as a project leader to coordinate efforts of managers, engineers, and manufacturing personnel during all project phases. * Preparing Heat Load Calculations using HAP4, Duct, and Chilled water pipe sizing. * Devise ways to improve efficiency by reviewing and analyzing the standard operating procedures; present information and recommendations for continuous improvements to managers in monthly meetings. * Communicate directly with customers to understand project requirements, goals, design specifications, and operational environments in order to evaluate cost, feasibility, and implementation of new HVAC equipment * Using Auto-desk fabrication Cam-duct Software to Carry out estimation and production with the clients' Tag-list or Auto-CAD Drawing. * Ventilation system design for Basements, Car parking, Commercial kitchen. * Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses factors * Work with sales teams to prepare estimates and bids for clients * Travel to job sites to gather information on materials needed. * Assisting in Preparations of Quotations, Preparing Shop drawing.
