Coordinate the work of different project teams so that all key / critical activities are completed on time. 10. Ensure timeliness of project activities and financial monitoring of project implementation so that possible escalation in case of major deviations is timely and appropriate. PARTICIPATES IN: 1. Conducting customer audits, audit processes, internal quality system audits and certification audits 2. Resolving customer complaints, ie. managing complaints caused by (development) technology and / or project management 3. Defining corrective / preventive measures related to internal audit of the quality system, process audit, external audit and customer audit caused by development technology and / or project management 4.
