In accordance with an agreement with my employer, they ordered me to provide training to taxi drivers. In this aim: • I have adapted international "London Taxi Service" training program to the reality of Azerbaijan. Currently I'm directing this training on company operational work. • As a result of the training, I’m conducting my testing. • I’m supervising all relative the work. Depending on the results of this examination the company elects to provide driver license London Taxi or not. This facilitates the selection of the required drivers during recruitment.• In addition, in order to stimulate a worthy driver, my responsibilities include the organization of their award. As a result of these training and testing the current taxi service is to adapt to the International standards.

As the Agency’s first Marketing Manager I founded the efficient marketing work and administration of the Agency. I conquered important person position in Turan News Agency during my 10 years work and thanks to my activity I've got significant relations in different fforeign companies and offices in Azerbaijan and outside. As one of the results I could collect client base with more than 200 companies, different Government departments and medias. My graduation, scientific degree and my sources among my government and oppositions contact persons and in business spheres made for the success of my consulting work for BP Azerbaijan, Itochu oil, Statoil's agsc project. My wide work experiences had given me a chance to adopted quality profession level. I always was initiator of new successful projects, demonstrated considerable initiative, was innovative, was relied upon to take full responsibility for a task and tried to be willing to work the schedule necessary to get the job done.
